Our close proximity to the San Francisco Bay Area gives easy access to major truck, rail, and air commerce. Our location allows the ability to source and supply from vendors and customers across the country and internationally.

Our Facility was built to USDA standards. We utilize state-of-the-art steam and saute cookers. Our continuous rice cooking system is matched with the custom cryogenic freezing technology. Our streamline process yields the highest quality of product available.
Our food safety practices and Certifications:
Food safety is our top concern. We are SQF level II Certified. We have an onsite lab and also utilize outside labs for various testing. We operate under the strictest Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP's), Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standards, and are USDA Organic & CCOF Organic Certified.
